It’s a Wonderful Life at The Jimmy Stewart Museum

Celebrate the 80th Anniversary of It’s a Wonderful Life with a stop at The Jimmy Stewart Museum! Stop by the Museum Friday, 11/20/26 through Sunday 11/22/26 for special It’s a Wonderful Life happenings! (More details coming soon about that weekend.)

Then, throughout the rest of the holiday season, the Jimmy Stewart Museum will have special holiday exhibits and films, including:

  • It’s a Wonderful Life exhibit
  • Festive display of themed Christmas trees
  • Photo opportunities— lassoing the moon or earning your wings
  • “The Shop Around the Corner” Gift Shop offering unique gifts
  • Screenings in the theater, including The Trail to Christmas*, The Making of It’s a Wonderful Life*, and daily It’s a Wonderful Life matinees (*Shown Monday – Saturday only)

It’s a Wonderful Life Festival in Downtown Indiana

Downtown Indiana is transformed into its very own version of Bedford Falls, complete with a 30’+ LIVE Christmas tree that takes center stage in IRMC Park. Kick the holidays off with the tree lighting on November 20, 2026, followed by a Holiday Parade.  Then, the following five festival Saturdays each feature a festive holiday theme.
