JIMMY STEWART VIDEO ESSAY CONTEST
The Jimmy Stewart Museum invited interested video essayists to submit audiovisual scholarship to its inaugural Video Essay Showcase. The submissions could be any theme or concept that relates to the life and/or the work of Hollywood actor Jimmy Stewart. A panel reviewed the submissions and picked four finalists in our contest. The finalists are listed below along with the links to their wonderful submissions

Latest Exhibit
Henry & Jimmy, A Lifelong Friendship
August 17th – November 15th
This latest exhibit highlights the lifelong friendship of Henry Fonda & Jimmy Stewart from their days as struggling actors in New York through when Fonda passed away. Wonderful stories and little known facts as well as a replica of the portrait Fonda painted for Stewart of his favorite horse, Pie.
Special Events
At the Holidays
At The Holidays the museum does it right! There is a special It’s A Wonderful Life exhibit with movie posters, photos, memorabilia and behind the scenes movie facts. We also feature life-size movie cutouts for photo ops, It’s A Wonderful Life village and a miniature Granville house from the movie. Interspersed throughout the museum is also a Festival of Trees. Over 10 Christmas trees are on display that are decorated based on Jimmy Stewart’s life and films. Be sure to visit The Shop Around the Corner gift shop that has unique holiday items that make for great gifts! And of course, we show the movie It’s A Wonderful Life in our theater every day at 1 pm throughout the holiday season!
