INDIANA, PA — Jimmy Stewart’s story is coming home. As the new film JIMMY arrives in theaters, Indiana Mall Tuxedo Cinemas and The Jimmy Stewart Museum are pleased to share opportunities for audiences to celebrate the life and legacy of Indiana, PA’s beloved hometown hero.
JIMMY traces Jimmy Stewart’s journey from Hollywood stardom and his service as a decorated World War II pilot to his iconic role as George Bailey in It’s a Wonderful Life, celebrating the character, faith, and values that defined his life and enduring legacy.
“Jimmy’s heart was in Indiana, Pennsylvania, and it was important to us to show that side of Jimmy in the movie. And now, Indiana, PA is in all of our hearts. Indiana was always Jimmy’s home, no matter where else he lived, and we can’t wait to share his story with the great people of his beloved town this November,” said Aaron Burns, Director of JIMMY.
Indiana Mall Tuxedo Cinemas will show JIMMY November 5–12, giving audiences the opportunity to experience the film in Stewart’s hometown.
Visitors can also go behind the scenes at The Jimmy Stewart Museum’s special exhibit, “The Making of JIMMY,” featuring costumes, props, exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, quotes, fun facts, and more. The exhibit is on display now through November 15.

Special Opening-Day Giveaways from Theater
To celebrate the film’s arrival, Indiana Mall Tuxedo Cinemas will offer special giveaways to ticket holders on Thursday, November 5, while supplies last.
